Please contact the Belmor Lakes HOA Administrator - Carra Nowell, as she is our primary contact. The HOA Board has contracted with Carra to handle the Belmor Lakes property management functions.
Any questions or concerns you may have regarding neighborhood events, recent board activity, annual dues, covenants violations, etc., will be answered promptly and referred to the Board of Directors if necessary.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of homeowners elected from our subdivision serving a one year term. Elections are held each year at the Homeowner's Association General meeting. The Board of Directors serve as the governing body for the subdivision and do not receive compensation of any kind.
